Change Our Country
These are my three words because our country should be a little more protected from terrorists and all of the other things that are going on. For example, people need insurance and if one of these people get elected then we should have a better country. Also, the troops in Iraq should withdrawl and stay home. I’m sick of hearing on the news about how many men and women are getting killed because of bombs. This is hurting our relationship with the rest of the world.

I think high school is your pass to the real world. The years that you spend there are the only four years that “count” for life. If you mess up in high school, you are pretty much screwed for life. The only way you can get a good education is if you work hard and apply yourself. In high school, you make some hard choices that you may not do in middle school or in elementary school. You may be asked to smoke pot or go to a party with alcohol and you have to know what to say. Some high schools are great to go to if you want to become an electrician or even a plumber. If you want to go to a public school, you may not get the best education, but if you want to go to a private school or a magnet school you need to work hard. I got accepted to a couple schools that are hard to get into. I still don’t know which school I want to go to. Once I make the decision, that is the school that I will go to for the next four years. A tech high school that I want to go to they don’t let us bring drinks to school because a couple times kids brought alcohol to school and then got arrested. I don’t want to spend years in prison like some people do. I can’t wait for high school. Can you?

I predict that Barack Obama might win because he is getting a lot of viewers to vote for him. All the people that are religious will most likely vote for him and since he is one of the first black people to run he also might get all of the black people to vote for him. Also, I think that Hillary might win because she is getting all of the girls and women old enough to vote for her. I personally think that she shouldn’t win because we don’t need a female for president yet. That will be in about 3 million years before we get a female for our president. I despise her and George Bush. They don’t/ didn’t deserve the place as president.

Outside of parents, the person who has influenced me the most would be my little sister who died and she had really influenced me. My sister always showed me right from wrong and helped anyone who needed help no matter how mean they were to her or anyone else. She stood up to the biggest bullies and stopped them from being mean. I also looked up to her because she was really nice to everyone and never made a fuss about anything like going to bed early. My little sister was always caring to everyone and I admire her for that. I thought of her as a miniature mother and that I think was very kind of her to help my mom. She also stood up to bullies that were bullying her and her friends and always thought of funny comebacks to say. The bullies have stopped bullying her friends ever since she died. I loved her and I wish she was here to help me. It has been almost 2 full years since she passed and I wish she was here not in heaven. I know she is watching over me and my family just like me or any other family member would do if we died. I love her very much!

The placed that I blogged to was Godvia chocolate and boy was it interesting. I loved their blog especially when they talked about the Frappuchinos. The Frapps are really sweet and I love them because of that. The peppermint Frapp is so good and they even give some mint chocolate chip ice-cream to go with it. That is the sweetest thing I have ever put into my mouth. They also include the dark chocolate inside the mocha Frapp and that it is the tangiest thing I have ever tasted. They are even thinking no wait they did create the dark chocolate covered rasberry M&M’s. Oh just thinking about them makes my mouth water. Mmmmm…..tasty.

This is the South American plate and this is where the Amazon is located. The forest is in danger right now from construction workers and other people too. This forest is inhabited many kinds of creatures that you can’t find anywhere else in the world. All of the creatures there are loosing their homes all because of the forests’ destruction. The main problem of deforestation is from humans and the human settlement. The forest lost more than twice the size of Portugal in forest size meter. All of the forest was turned into flatland for cattle to run. A fast fact is the forest lost most of the trees between the years 1991 and 2000. That is very sad. This was the largest forest and still is only by a little bit though. Some people are the native species living there are trying to protect this wonderous place. There are over 75,000 types of trees here. I think there should be a law saying you can only make a home in the forest not cut it down. What do you think?

When I went online, I typed in something that had never seen or heard before. At that instant, I knew it was a fruit combo.A tangelo consists of a mandarin orange, usually known as the tangerine and a grapefruit or a pomelo. The tangelo was from Southeast Asia and discovered over 3,500 years ago.The first ever known cross-breed was with scientist Dr. Walter T. Swingle in Eustis, Flordia in the year 1897.They have such a magnificent taste and is very juicy and also provides plentiful juice. The tangelo has many different types like the Minneola tangelo which has a very short havest and is about 4 weeks so they are on high demand to all people that like them. The Orlando tangelo is known for its juicy, mild, sweet flavor. This kind is one of the best in the country so all of the tangelo lovers read this paper. The Orlando tangelo is on harvest from mid-November to about the end of February. This type of tangelo is a cross-breed from a Duncan grapefruit and a Dancy tangerine. No wonder why this tangelo is delicious! The tangelo is also a citrus fruit packed with a lot of Vitamin C.The tangelos from Florida are the easiest to peel and are already divided into sections once you actually peel the tangelo.Tangelos are great so why don’t you try them and maybe I will to!

If I was never scared of anything, I would probably take more risks and go in front of the class to actually tell people my answers. Also, I would help people out instead of being one of the last people to come over and give them a hand. I would need courage to write to the Board of Education to tell them to give us the regular Snapples back, not the Snapple juice and to give regular white bread not the nasty “whole grain” bread which by the way is very gross to me. I want ot have more of a choice at lunch not just Sun Chips,100 Calorie Snacks and the Chili Cheese Cheetos. Also, I would take a stand to the kids that get bullied on and not just stand there and watch from the sidelines. Right now, I am just a kid, but when it comes time for my future, I want to be brave and courageousunlike myself right now which is a scared boy.Wouldn’t you just love to not be a scared chicken still hiding in its shell?

I think that students shouldn’t get tested for drugs because most students have lives and I think it’s up to the families to ask them if they have or not. It’s not our problems if they keep doing drugs. The only problem might be the change in behavior which might involve fighting but that isn’t up to us.
I also think the students should because the students that are on drugs might choose a violent path which will lead into expulsion from the school. I really don’t think the parents will like the students getting expelled. Finally I would say yes and no.
